eeegl Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the eeegl platform (accessible at eeegl.net and any associated subdomains or applications), you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the eeegl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eeegl platform. Continued use of eeegl following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of eeegl is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming. eeegl will enforce age verification through identity document checks prior to approving any withdrawal or removing account limits.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an eeegl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid government-issued identification, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active eeegl account at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts is prohibited. eeegl reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void all transactions, bonuses, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeegl username, password, and any other account credentials. You agree to notify eeegl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. eeegl will not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

eeegl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts. You agree to provide the following documents upon request, and in all cases prior to processing any withdrawal:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, SSS, Driver's License, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by eeegl for compliance purposes

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by eeegl may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Currency

The primary currency of all eeegl accounts is Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eeegl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other local Philippine banks as may be added from time to time. 4.2 Deposit Terms

• Third-party deposits — deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited

• eeegl does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges
• Deposits are credited to your eeegl account balance upon confirmed receipt; processing times vary by payment method

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification on your account prior to processing
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified eeegl account details
• eeegl targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours; actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing time
• eeegl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction; current limits are displayed in the eeegl cashier section

eeegl offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all eeegl bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn; the applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms
• Bonuses have an expiry date; any bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories; using a bonus on a restricted game may result in forfeiture of the bonus
• eeegl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, if it suspects misuse or abuse
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements
• eeegl reserves the right to reverse any bonus credited in error

All games offered on the eeegl platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all eeegl products:

6.1 Random Number Generation

All eeegl casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently tested and audited by approved testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games use physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by live video stream.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, communication failure, or software error during a game round, the affected game round may be declared void and all wagers relating to that round refunded to player accounts. eeegl's decision in such matters is final. 6.3 Betting Limits

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeegl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of eeegl
• Using the eeegl platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Opening or operating multiple eeegl accounts simultaneously or sequentially in violation of the One Account Policy
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's eeegl account without authorization
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage in any eeegl game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or suspected errors are void
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated cheating with other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any eeegl software or platform component
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens eeegl staff or other players
• Using eeegl in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law

All content on the eeegl platform, including but not limited to the eeegl brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of eeegl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the eeegl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any eeegl content without prior written consent from eeegl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeegl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the eeegl platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the eeegl service
• Any errors or omissions in content displayed on the eeegl platform
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the eeegl platform

eeegl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

eeegl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the eeegl Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on eeegl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eeegl will share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or regulation. eeegl will not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. eeegl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered eeegl players from within the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your eeegl account
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period; once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session; eeegl will notify you when your limit is approaching
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your eeegl account; self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen period and take effect immediately
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time and money spent in your current session

12.1 Suspension by eeegl

eeegl reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected violation of any provision of these Terms
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Request from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory authority
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected problem gambling warranting a welfare check

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your eeegl account at any time by contacting eeegl support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your license to use the eeegl platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply following account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of eeegl shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting eeegl support. eeegl will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority, or to the appropriate Philippine court.

eeegl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eeegl will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the eeegl platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will display a new effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the eeegl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using eeegl and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
